LaRhonda Britton-James

Licensed Mental Health Counselor • Doctoral Candidate

LaRhonda is a Florida-licensed mental health counselor with experience supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. Her compassionate approach may include cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, person-centered, and faith-informed care. She also brings sensory art experiences, motivational speaking, and practical guidance to organizations building stronger systems of care.

M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis • Registered Behavior Technician

RJ leads ABC’s behavioral consulting and training services. His work includes effective communication and emotional-intelligence training, fatherhood education, behavioral consultation, and helping churches create accessible, family-centered ministry systems that are practical and sustainable.
